1. Mobile Repair Bookings & Dispatching

By requesting emergency 24/7 mobile RV repair services through our website or phone number (706-502-3333), you authorized our technicians to travel to your designated location. You must provide accurate location details and ensure our technicians have safe, lawful access to the property where the RV is parked. We reserve the right to refuse service if working conditions are deemed unsafe or inaccessible.

2. Fees, Cancellations, & Payments

• Service Call Fees: Dispatching a mobile unit involves a diagnostic/service call fee, which will be communicated at the time of booking. This fee covers travel and initial diagnostics and is non-refundable once the technician leaves our dispatch location.
• Payments: Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless prior commercial agreements have been established. We accept major credit cards, cash, and other approved electronic payments.
• Cancellations: Because we provide 24/7 emergency dispatching, cancellations must be made immediately. Cancellations made after a technician has already been dispatched to your location may result in a standard dispatch fee.

3. SMS/Text Message Consent

When you submit a service request form or contact us via our website, you consent to receive transactional and operational text messages (SMS) from Hillcraft Emergency RV Repair regarding your scheduled service, emergency wait times, and dispatch status. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out of SMS text notifications at any time by replying "STOP".
